Frequently, yes. Significant and regulated tree provisions apply across Aldgate, and the protected root zone extends well past the trunk. Where a canopy overlaps the build area, the tree usually settles the position before the plan does.
Can materials get onto a steep Aldgate block?
Access is the first thing we assess. Narrow driveways, established gardens and a steep fall often rule out a concrete truck reaching the rear, which changes the method and the price. We would rather price the real access than discover it in week two.
